In addition to consulting on the design of compressed air systems, we also design and assemble compressed air systems using aluminium piping technology.
Pneumatic systems made of aluminium are modern piping systems and their connections and they are designed to convey compressed air and other gases (nitrogen, vacuum, other neutral gases). Compressed air systems made of aluminium are characterized by high efficiency, easy installation and versatility.
Aluminium pipelines offered by 7 bar sp. z o.o. have been available on the market for over 20 years and we offer products with a long term, 10-year, warranty. Such systems of compressed air using aluminium technology are used, among others, by Coca Cola, Twinings, Lamborgini, Dell, Eaton, LFP, Ikea, NGK, Mondelez, Samsung and many others. The proposed prices of pneumatic installation are, in our opinion, attractive. It should be noted, however, that its advantage lies, among others, in the above-mentioned warranty, certified quality (ISO, CE, PED, KIWA), working pressure up to 15 bar, cheap and simple assembly (comparable to the assembly of Lego blocks) and the extensive experience, the references and global market share. In the long term, the aluminium compressed air system proves to be extremely energy efficient due to its smooth internal surface and low flow resistance.
