Our design concept allows you to achieve the best possible compressed air system efficiency, and also takes into account the possibility of potential modification or further expansion of the system. Compressed air is used in almost all industries, in virtually all production processes. It gains popularity due to its safety - it does not pollute the environment and works effectively despite temperature fluctuations.
A well-prepared design of a compressed air system requires the involvement of experienced designers and advanced tools, so it is worth making use of our offer. Our goal is to create and shape good practices in both the construction and design of compressed air systems, based on more than 28 years of experience. We provide information about possible options and individual elements of the project, we also select all elements of the installation: compressors, appropriate pipe diameters, appropriate components of the compressed air system and cost-effective technology of installation. Our goal is to minimize costs while providing a highly efficient air transport system.
The proposal of the installation project offered by us takes into account the concept of the pipeline route, technical documentation and a comprehensive design of the compressed air network, compressor rooms and receiving systems, including the analysis of their efficiency in the system of aluminium pipelines, compressed air. The most important factors are properly selected pipe diameters and routes, adjusted, among others, to the air flow velocity, as this determines the pressure drop. A properly functioning installation is the result of an analysis of compressed air demand in terms of quantity, quality, pressure and consumption at a given time. Then, the appropriate buffer tanks, filters, tanks or dryers are adjusted.
According to the possibilities and requirements of the user, we prepare an inventory of systems, prepare design concepts, or sometimes simple drawings or assembly diagrams, as well as complete documentation that allow you to design your own compressed air system. For each order and depending on the arrangements, we can calculate the energy efficiency of the system as well as the return on investment. If the customer is interested in full construction documentation, we can prepare one, also in cooperation with our designers.
The compressed air systems offered by our company enable efficient operation of production cycles or other tasks associated with the profile of the customer. At the same time, we ensure the implementation of the designed equipment and provide all the guidance with respect to their operational supervision. So far, there are only a few specialists in Poland who can properly design efficient and reliable compressed air systems.
