Measurements of pressure drop on filters
The pressure drop on the filter system, the compressed air dryer or the entire system is a good indicator of transmission efficiency. For a system at 7 bar pressure, a pressure loss of 1 bar is equivalent to a compressor energy loss of ~7%.
For monitoring purposes, we offer differential pressure gauges and their inclusion in the continuous monitoring systems of the compressed air network, which allows for the analysis of air consumption and transmission pressure losses.
