FactFindAir®: zero report and assessment of savings potential
FactFindAir is a static audit performed free of charge by our consultants. Having conducted the analysis, we prepare a presentation of the results and provide a report to evaluate the current financial and energy expenditure on the production and use of compressed air, as well as the potential for savings including the time frame in which it is worthwhile for you to achieve them.
WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT
Compressed air is one of the most expensive types of energy used in most industries. If you do not measure the amount of electricity used for generating compressed air and if you do not manage the compressors, if you do not monitor the consumers of compressed air, wait for our visit.We will work together to develop an effective and optimised action plan. Our goal is to restore your control over your compressed air system, which will result in shutting down some of your compressors.

UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS
We will tell you where to start without the hidden goal of selling you another compressor, because we simply do not sell compressors. We shut them down! Our consultants don't intend to prove anything to you, but they come to help you improve your compressed air production and its efficient use. We are unique. Nobody else in Poland has tested more than 450 compressors of all brands and detected far more than 200 leakages. We discreetly look for your benefits in your "energy waste". We get dirty so that you can take advantage of it. In this "dirt" we do not look for anyone's negligence, because we know what the statistics are. We are passionate about finding your benefits in losses that can be minimized. The evidence of our excellent work is expressed in GWh.
THE PROCEDURE
- In practice, we need a two-hour meeting where we ask you questions, visit the compressor station and the areas that are supplied with compressed air.
- We need readings of the actual working hours of the compressors (loaded) and the total working hours in the last 7 days before our visit, or 7 days following the visit.
- Once our questions are answered, we prepare the Compressed Air Energy Management Report complete with proposals for an action plan for your plant. Then we present the report to whoever you decide to invite to this presentation.
- And then it is for you to decide. This job is free of charge.
